16th July 2024 Results
Welcome back, golf enthusiasts! I’m thrilled to share the results and the link to the video from our exciting two-day away event at Hill Valley Golf Club, where we tackled the beautiful Emerald Course and the challenging Sapphire Course.
To sum up our 2024 away trip: friendships were formed, good laughs were had, and, of course, we saw some competitive golf. Despite the heavy rain through Monday night and Tuesday morning, by the time we teed off in Shropshire, the weather had dried up and warmed up. By day two of the event, the weather was glorious!
Eighth event of the GBT2024 tour was nothing short of spectacular.
Hill Valley Golf Club Winners:
Winner: 🥇 Robin Raymond (AFS Biomass) – 41 pts
Robin secured his first first-place finish on the tour with an impressive score. The Emerald Course suited his big-hitting style perfectly, and this performance is sure to boost his standing in the Order of Merit.

Runner Up: 🥈 Trevor Roberts (Your Prime Recruitment) – 40 Pts
I had the pleasure of witnessing Trevor’s superb round firsthand. My “expert” guidance on where not to go might have helped Trevor navigate the course more effectively!

The evening was filled with networking, camaraderie, and plenty of laughs. The first day’s competition took a lot out of our away champion, Robin Raymond, who was spotted later in the bar, fast asleep with a drink in each hand—an image that perfectly captures the spirit and fun of our away trip.
As we look forward to Day 2, excitement is in the air for the challenges and opportunities that await on the Sapphire Course. Let’s see who will rise to the occasion and make their mark tomorrow!
