After a Two-Year Wait, Sandiway Golf Club Didn’t Disappoint
This event was kindly sponsored by David Griffin, from Release my Equity. For further information, head over to Release My Equity.
For our third event of the tour, we visited Sandiway Golf Club, in Northwich. And what an incredible course it is.
This was our first visit to Sandiway. We were supposed to visit in 2020. But, due to lockdowns, we never got there. We were all so impressed by the course that we have already decided to put in our 2023 tour schedule.
Although we had a damp start to the day, by the time our players were out, the rain had subsided, and the temperature had risen.
Aside from the fact that Sandiway is another course to test your golfing skills, from the feedback I received, it was an all-round pleasurable course to play.
Being established in 1920, the course is over a hundred years old. It is a mixed heath and woodland course, and has quick and true greens.
The finishing hole has a stunning backdrop of the stunning clubhouse, which you will see from the video below… Especially if you get a hole-in-one, as one of our players did.
If you haven’t already, take a look at Sandiway Golf Club Results.
With tickets still available, the next event of the tour will take place at Tytherington Golf Club on the 28th April, hope to see you there!
If you’re new here, check out this year’s tour calendar, or take a look at our 2022 tour announcement for an introduction to our events.
